I just bought the ns facebook pixel pro plugin and it does not work. When i try to activate it, it gives an error message.

hello I just bought the plug in facebook pixel pro and is not working in add to cart etc ….. I need a quick and easy answer because my add on fb turn and can not stop it I was thinking this plug in will make my life easy but starting now i just try and try to understand how you can sell something so complicated waiting you answer thank you
