I just bought the ns facebook pixel pro plugin and it does not work. When i try to activate it, it gives an error message.

How do I activate this plugin?

Hi Ryan,
we tested this plugin with WordPress 4.8 multisite and it works.
Also we can’t reproduce your error.
Anyway we have just update this plugin so you can download it again, try to delete this plugin in your network multisite and install it.

Hi Ryan,

please verify in your php.ini if “upload_tmp_dir” and “open_basedir” display the correct path, otherwise fix it on your server.
I remember you that if you give us your admin access we can support you.

I’ve tried to work with my host to fix these things but its still not working. How can I give you login access to the site securely?
